1. Services Sea the Ocean Window Cleaning provides residential and commercial exterior
cleaning services. By booking a service, you agree to provide access to the property and water
sources as needed.

2. SMS Terms (Text Messaging) By opting into our text messaging service, you agree to receive
recurring automated service-related and promotional messages (e.g., appointment reminders,
“on-my-way” notifications, and follow-ups) from Sea the Ocean Window Cleaning at the number
provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service schedule.
• Pricing: Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
• Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from text messages at any time by replying STOP to any
  message we send. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message.
• Help: For help, reply HELP to any message or call us at (302) 339-5610.

3. Payments Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We
use Jobber for secure payment processing.

4. Liability Sea the Ocean is fully licensed and insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing
damage.
